Our orders are carefully prepared after payment and stock control and are generally handed over to cargo within 1-3 business days.

When your shipment is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the contact details registered in your order. You can check the current status of your shipment using your tracking number on the cargo company's tracking screen.

For handmade or specially prepared products, production time may vary depending on the product's characteristics. In such a case, the customer will be informed separately.
